On February 5, 2019, the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia and the Ministry of Informatization and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan signed an agreement on cooperation in digital transformation in the Republic of Tatarstan.
‘The Association of Innovative Regions of Russia is a member of several expert and working groups at the federal level, that shall contribute to implementation of the developed solutions in the Republic among the first in the country, and, in the digital economy, as you know, change management and new solutions implementation speed are major factors of success,’ Ivan Fedotov, Director of AIRR, stressed.
