Russian President Vladimir Putin held an annual speech before the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
This year the event was held in the Moscow Central Exhibition Hall “Manege”.
The president's message is an annual public speech held by the head of the state before both chambers of the parliament, which assesses the state of affairs in the country and determines the main directions of the state’s domestic and foreign policy.
