Best practices of the AIRR regionsPrint
Open handbook of the best regional practices is prepared by the Association of innovative regions of Russia (AIRR, Association) that unites 14 constituent entities of the Russian Federation forming purposefully favorable conditions for the development of innovative economy and attracting significant resources in complex innovation projects important for the country.
The digest consists of 38 cases of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation – members of the Association that are aimed at forming of high tech sector of economy in regions, improvement of investment climate, formation and development of human capital as well as improvement of the state governing and attraction of citizens to the participation in the local self-government.
Best practices are selected with the aim of their translation and scaling on all-Russian level.
Target audience of the digest is representatives of state and municipal authorities, professional managers of specialized organizations of innovative infrastructure as well as wide range of experts and specialists in the field of regional government.
With the aim of supplementary examination of the realization of best practices Association is ready to provide assistance with organization of study visits, business missions, master classes and joint activities.
