On April 24, 2020, the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia held a meeting with heads and deputy heads of executive authorities of constituent entities in the video conference (VC) format on the subject: “Objectives of regional CDTOs (Chief Digital Transformation Officers) in the light of uncertainty.”
At the meeting, speakers told which measures and decisions were taken in their regions to stabilize and improve the work of executive authorities of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation and public life activities in the complicated situation due to the viral shedding threat COVID-19.
