Since April 2020, experts of the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia have initiated collection of information on anti-crisis measures of support of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The first issue of monitoring contains a survey of regional practices of AIRR member regions, aimed at overcoming economic obstacles of COVID 19, including support of small and medium-sized business, systemic companies, employment support, enhancement of balance of regional budgets and digitalization.
