As a result of the meeting of the regions Heads with the Minister of Economic development M. Oreshkin at the Russian investment forum in Sochi, a working group on the development of the draft law with AIRR was created, title - “About territories with preferential conditions of business operation in the Russian Federation” (order of Ministry of economic development dated 22.02.2018 № 87).
The working group is made up of representatives of the Ministry of economic development of Russia, officials of constituent entities – AIRR members, Directors of regional development institutions as well as of representatives of AIRR.
The group will work on defining of general approaches of development of the uniform criteria and the decision-making process about the creation of territories with preferential conditions of business operation, approaches to government, financing and their performance evaluation.
The first meeting of the working group in the format of strategic session will take place in RANEPA on the 2-3 of March, 2018.
